BIDDER INCENTIVE
Seller offers the following incentive:
The successful bidder who purchases and closes on the property shall have One and one half percent (1.5%) of the opening bid amount written above deducted from the Total Purchase Price on the Real Estate Purchase Contract.
The bid amount may be used to open the auction bidding. To qualify, the bidder incentive form must be submitted, signed and certified by The Larsen Company. No oral representations are allowed.
