HOW TO BID

1 - You must register to bid on the Bidder Certification form.

2 - Read the Terms and Conditions of Sale (see Auction Information – view and Download Document section.)

3 - Complete the Bid Form (see Auction Information – View and Download Document section.)

4 - Indicate how much you wish to bid. (It must be at or above the Minimum Bid.)

5 - Include a cahier’s check for the amount stated on the Bid Form (Bid Deposit)

6 - Make checks payable to: Fidelity National Title

7 - Send the completed Bid Form and your check (Bid Deposit). Your check will be deposited in a licensed escrow company trust account. If you are not the winning bidder, the deposit will be returned to you in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Once you have submitted your bid, if the seller of the property chooses to proceed to a highest and best process, you will have a chance to increase your bid.

If this happens, you will be sent an email and you will be kept apprised of the high bid amount. Everyone who has submitted a sealed bid with the required bid deposit will be eligible to bid.

At any time prior to the close of the auction, you may become involved in the bidding process by submitting your completed bid form and bid deposit.
